Lisa's Journey
Lisa grew up on a farm in rural Michigan, where she trained and showed horses from the age of 6, earning numerous awards and achievements. Her competitive spirit inspired the “Be Your Own Boss” mindset she holds today, leading her to own several businesses throughout her professional career.
After earning her Associate’s Degree in Business Law – Paralegal, Lisa spent 8 years working in Wrongful Death, Personal Injury, Real Estate, and Corporate Law. She went on to earn her Bachelor’s in Business Marketing Management at Indiana University and built her own successful insurance agency over the course of 10 years, gaining extensive recognition, such as Rookie of the Year, Top 10, Trailblazer, and Premier Agent. Dedicating herself to being the best in the field, Lisa simultaneously pursued her MBA and graduated Cum Laude from Case Western Reserve University.
Lisa then bought into a franchise restaurant where she scouted the location, completed the entire build-out, and staffed the business. She grew the business mid to high 20% growth month over month with only 13 employees, until she sold it 6 years later with 31 employees. After selling her restaurant, she worked as an executive director for a major non-profit and raised over $1.1 million to help those facing life threatening diseases.
Lisa and her husband Roger later relocated to Southern California, where he became one of the first external acquisitions with Farmers® and she took on a corporate role of Life Consultant for San Diego County. As she developed an interest in business strategic management, Lisa transitioned to become President of Agency Operations and Development and now coaches over 30 agency owners in District 44!
Her passion lies in teaching others on how to develop and grow a business, so they can enjoy the benefits of business ownership, help others protect their most valuable assets, and give back to their communities. With over 20 years of experience in the Insurance industry as agency owner, coach, and consultant, Lisa guides entrepreneurial, self-motivated leaders looking to build their own business, grow their wealth, and play to win!
When she’s not mentoring others, you can find Lisa spending time with her two children, Nevaeh and Noah, and teaching her Pointer mix, Audi, new tricks!

Welcome, I’m Lisa! With many years of insurance experience under my belt, I provide personalized support for every career stage — from business planning and development to advanced-level coaching. My ultimate goal is to help you build and run your own successful agency. When I’m not mentoring others, you can find me teaching my Pointer mix, Audi, new tricks and spending time with my husband, Roger, and two grandchildren, Noah and Nevaeh!

Woof, I’m Audi and I was adopted by Lisa 6 years ago! I love hiking and playing in the yard — guess you could say I’m a pretty outdoorsy guy. When I’m not running around, I’m a paw-sitively good boy and will come into the office to help out.
