The 1 Year Mentorship Program provides individuals an opportunity to grow their skills and business knowledge to become a Farmers Agency Owner while being mentored by one of our top Agents. As a protégé, you have access to the award-winning University of Farmers program as well as 12-months of local support from the District Office. When you meet all applicable eligibility requirements, you will have the opportunity to become an official agency owner. The investable asset requirements will be waived.
This exciting role will teach you step-by-step the ropes of the Insurance Industry and give you a clear road map to Agency Ownership!
2 Year Mentorship Program
The 2 Year Mentorship Program is designed for ambitious entrepreneurs looking to challenge themselves and be a part of something bigger by working alongside insurance industry leaders!
You will have access to a 24-month business support program and University of Farmers training program to help build your agency from startup. Implementing successful, proven systems and resources will help you develop skill sets you can leverage in your business. There are 6 bonus opportunities, in addition to commissions, that reward high levels of performance.
An agent in this program will have the opportunity to become a full-time agent upon completion of program requirements.
Income Multiplier Program
If you are a motivated self-starter who is ready for a long-term, rewarding career, then this is the program for you!
The Income Multiplier Program is designed for entrepreneurs seeking a startup opportunity to build their own Farmers agency as a full-time agent. A 36-month, high-level bonus opportunity is also provided to assist agents with agency growth throughout the first 3 years. We offer a signing bonus and marketing dollars for up to 1 year, in addition to commissions that reward high levels of performance.
